I want yoga to be available for everyone! I believe it can help no matter what your flexibility, strength, whether you're an ex-athlete or never done exercise before. My goal in every class is to help you feel lighter, become stronger and find more peace internally. All my classes are friendly, inclusive, and non-judgemental. Spanish speakers are welcome, bienvenidos! I like to foster a community vibe as a place to come and connect with yourself and others.

🧘♀️ I went to my first yoga class 15 years ago. I was a professional cheerleader, ballet and dance teacher, plus doing a lot of gym which took a toll on my body. I went to yoga purely to stretch and keep good mobility, especially when I had injuries. But something amazing happened, and it wasn’t just my body that would feel incredible after yoga class. It opened something in my mind - I was able to see the world more clearly, have more compassion, quiet inner conflict which gave me more confidence to live life according to my own rules and follow my heart. It was yoga philosophy that really spoke to me.
🌿 I completed my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training in Sydney Australia with Power Living Yoga at the beginning of 2023. I then went on to do specialized training for Postnatal Yoga with Arhanta Yoga, to help mums during one of the most magical but toughest times in their lives. I have furthered my yoga studies in Bali and India. I have also attended classes in Colombia, Mexico, Spain, USA, Thailand and Chile. I’m currently in the process of doing my 300-hour teaching certification, the learning and growing never stops.

Join me in Sydney, Australia for small group vinyasa classes for 60 minutes. We are currently doing classes in a quiet park where you can breathe in the fresh air close to Cerro San Cristobal.
All levels welcome, I give modifications to make the poses easier or more challenging depending on your level and ability. I want to help you feel more flexible, stronger and happier after every class!
